Overall, I am happy. The vehicle was not detailed inside or out, Very dirty windows. Also, there are minor scratches on the rear of the passenger side of the bed.

It’s a very nice truck rides nice good gas mileage looks really good it’s a shame to use it as a work truck but it’s mostly as a company truck for my son to go back-and-forth to work carry small things

This dealer ripped my off for my trade in value by using an “auction pricing” on my used 35k mile vehicle and claimed KBB value was “optional” after papers were signed. The trade in value was not made clear until 3 hours after inspection. Paper work was rushed and unclear. They bank on keeping you there for hours, allowing you to tire then quickly spring paperwork and figures on you with little to no explanation. The promised incentives on the site are all gimmicks and will quickly get lost when doing paperwork and never be brought back up. There quality of the cars are fair, but the staff lie to your face and their behind the scenes business intention is sinister

The lost star was do to being told I was only laying out a certain amount of money then they tried to have me lay it more when it came to meeting with the financing guy.

The dealership is very clean and the workers appear to be friendly and honest but it is all a show. The workers are fast talkers and dishonest. They invite you in to look at vehicles that are mysteriously sold by the time you arrive and then offer you more expensive options. They are not transparent at all, make you wait all day and then rush you out the door before they close. I would not recommend this place at all. Say yourself the headache and choose another dealership. I worked with Paul in internet Sales, Will as a salesman, Michelle In management and Thomas in finance.

Truck was delivered unwashed and dirty. Truck was delivered with only one key and one key fob. Called dealership numerous times and never received a call back. Very disappointed. I had to buy an extra key and it cost me $90. Was not right.

Poor customer service, Brittney is rude and needs to be retrained, nobody is helpful, after u get the car they don’t care about ur needs so if the car starts actin up , u on ur own. I got a car two weeks ago n the car won’t start n can’t get anyone from the dealer to help. Britney the service representative refused to grab one of her managers out of a meeting and told me that I had to wait and that she had to address the customer that was in front of her. A good customer service representative would’ve known to address the customer who was on the phone and than the customer that was infront of her. She is very rude , kept picking up putting me on hold without me even sayin okay. She just kept picking up puttin the phone on hold.

PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT. TRUCK WAS PURCHASED WITH DUAL EXHAUST, UPON PICKING CAR UP FROM DEALER THEY SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A FAULTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE JUNKYARD, I ENDED UP BRINGING IT TO A MEINEKE WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MUFFLER WAS FAULTY, AND USED AND SHOULD OF BEEN ISSUED, AFTER THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE LOCATION WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED HE FOUND THAT IT WASN'T EVEN DOCUMENTED IN THE SYSTEM, IN ADDITION TO THE MULTITUDE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, I WAS INFORMED BY A MANAGER THE DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR AFTER THE MUFFLER INSTALL THAT ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS LISTED AS CERTIFIED PREOWNED, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY THREATENED ME WITH STORAGE FEES IF I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, I GUESS THEY FEEL THEY CAN TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT, AS IF THERE INTELLIGENCE IS SUPERIOR, YOU EVEN SEE IT IN HOW THEY BULLY THERE BLACK EMPLOYEES, SHORTLY AFTER I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE CAR, THE TIRED ROD SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING 50MPH LUCKILY I WAS ON A STRAIGHT ROAD OR I WOULD OF AGAIN CRASHED AND RISK MY LIFE. I THEN I CONTACT THE CORPORATE CENTER AND HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, I CONTACT JEEP CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN, THEY UPDATE MY NAME TO THE ACCOUNT, AND FROM THERE I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK, I DIDN'T SO I CALL AGAIN, THIS TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO PAULA AND I WAS PUT ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER BEGAN TO TELL ME MAYBE I WAS LOOKING AT A WATER STAMP SEEING THAT AS CERTIFIED, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WAS NOT THE CASE, I THEN TOLD HIM ABOUT A CUSTOMER PAUL WHO OWNED A GYM ACROSS THE STREET THAT REFEREED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP, INFORMING HIM IT WAS A BAD LOOK ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED THROUGHOUT MY SALES PROCESS AND SHORTLY AFTER. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD WORK IT OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A RANDOM SALES AGENT, I INFORM HIM THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ONLY MANAGEMENT COULD. HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. NO CALL BACK FROM DEALER, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THE NAME AND INFORMATION WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR, BY ACCIDENT I RECEIVED A SATISFACTION EMAIL WITH THE WRONG NAME. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, EVEN BEING TOLD THROUGH DEALERRATER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND NEVER CALLED. MICHELLE WAS THE NAME OF THAT STAFF MEMBER. I PROMISE YOU THIS THOUGH. MY DOCUMENTATION GAME IS REAL, AND TODAY I CALLED JEEP AGAIN AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION WHERE IT SHOWS A COVER UP. IN THAT SENSE I GUESS ILL SEEK LEGAL HELP TO RECTIFY THIS EGREGIOUS ATROCITY.
