This is an intense car market, so putting pricing aside. We had a car over miles, expecting our first child as my wife is 8 months pregnant and really just needed a smooth, honest and expedited process. The best thing Alise did was manage expectations and keep their word in the timeline of paperwork, pricing, and pickup of the car. It’s easy to bounce around dealerships for the best price… but you can’t beat their personal touch! Communication and feeling like you are interacting with a friend in this market is so easily lost as there is such a need to make a sale. Recently leased a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram Big Horn in April 2022 and the truck is really defective. The check engine light keeps coming on flashing due to PowerTrain malfunction. Truck runs rough like it’s on rumble strips. It’s been serviced separate (4) four times at dealership to no avail. The problem has never been resolved and truck is not safe to drive. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.

I had an amazing experience at Security Dodge while purchasing my 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona. Ray Magliulo was my dealer and I must say that he is an awful car salesman. With the many car salesmen I have encountered on my journey in obtaining my vehicle, they only seemed interested in taking my money and making a sale. Ray was nothing like that. He genuinely cared and was very patient with us and had no issue answering any and all questions we had. I will always refer my friends and family to Security Dodge, Ray especially.

The dealership is very clean and the workers appear to be friendly and honest but it is all a show. The workers are fast talkers and dishonest. They invite you in to look at vehicles that are mysteriously sold by the time you arrive and then offer you more expensive options. They are not transparent at all, make you wait all day and then rush you out the door before they close. I would not recommend this place at all. Say yourself the headache and choose another dealership. I worked with Paul in internet Sales, Will as a salesman, Michelle In management and Thomas in finance.

PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT. TRUCK WAS PURCHASED WITH DUAL EXHAUST, UPON PICKING CAR UP FROM DEALER THEY SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A FAULTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE JUNKYARD, I ENDED UP BRINGING IT TO A MEINEKE WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MUFFLER WAS FAULTY, AND USED AND SHOULD OF BEEN ISSUED, AFTER THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE LOCATION WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED HE FOUND THAT IT WASN'T EVEN DOCUMENTED IN THE SYSTEM, IN ADDITION TO THE MULTITUDE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, I WAS INFORMED BY A MANAGER THE DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR AFTER THE MUFFLER INSTALL THAT ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS LISTED AS CERTIFIED PREOWNED, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY THREATENED ME WITH STORAGE FEES IF I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, I GUESS THEY FEEL THEY CAN TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT, AS IF THERE INTELLIGENCE IS SUPERIOR, YOU EVEN SEE IT IN HOW THEY BULLY THERE BLACK EMPLOYEES, SHORTLY AFTER I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE CAR, THE TIRED ROD SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING 50MPH LUCKILY I WAS ON A STRAIGHT ROAD OR I WOULD OF AGAIN CRASHED AND RISK MY LIFE. I THEN I CONTACT THE CORPORATE CENTER AND HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, I CONTACT JEEP CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN, THEY UPDATE MY NAME TO THE ACCOUNT, AND FROM THERE I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK, I DIDN'T SO I CALL AGAIN, THIS TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO PAULA AND I WAS PUT ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER BEGAN TO TELL ME MAYBE I WAS LOOKING AT A WATER STAMP SEEING THAT AS CERTIFIED, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WAS NOT THE CASE, I THEN TOLD HIM ABOUT A CUSTOMER PAUL WHO OWNED A GYM ACROSS THE STREET THAT REFEREED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP, INFORMING HIM IT WAS A BAD LOOK ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED THROUGHOUT MY SALES PROCESS AND SHORTLY AFTER. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD WORK IT OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A RANDOM SALES AGENT, I INFORM HIM THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ONLY MANAGEMENT COULD. HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. NO CALL BACK FROM DEALER, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THE NAME AND INFORMATION WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR, BY ACCIDENT I RECEIVED A SATISFACTION EMAIL WITH THE WRONG NAME. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, EVEN BEING TOLD THROUGH DEALERRATER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND NEVER CALLED. MICHELLE WAS THE NAME OF THAT STAFF MEMBER. I PROMISE YOU THIS THOUGH. MY DOCUMENTATION GAME IS REAL, AND TODAY I CALLED JEEP AGAIN AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION WHERE IT SHOWS A COVER UP. IN THAT SENSE I GUESS ILL SEEK LEGAL HELP TO RECTIFY THIS EGREGIOUS ATROCITY.

Im absolutely shocked and appalled that the service manager ignored all of my calls and voice-mails .. I'm having multiple issues with my 60 thousand dollars vehicle that I purchased from this dealership.. All if these issues are covered under my vehicle warranty..I explained over the service manager's voice-mail what my issues are and I don't think these issues can wait until my ridiculous 2 month appointment... He refuses to get back to me to help me with a solution to this problem ..Customer services is poor... Not happy at all...
