From the moment you enter the dealership, you know that the customer will be well taken care of. Having a sofa setting family room area with large screen TV for waiting and a mini-cafe with snacks, coffee, tea, flavored water dispenser and cell phone charging station puts you in a very comfortable setting. The bathrooms are plentiful and super-clean after a possibly long drive. Everyone there is extremely friendly and you know they want you to leave feeling completely satisfied.
Jonathan made our experience in purchasing a vehicle very comfortable. He made us feel like we were buying from a family member. From entering the beautiful dealership to driving off with our new truck, he was there to make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied. This purchase was our finest experience at a dealership. I am disappointed thus far. Received the car, brand new, with some issues/damage. No resolution yet. While there has been limited communication, it's certainly lacking. I even contacted them to tell them I wanted to see if there was an update prior to me submitting a review, in order to be fair. Still haven't received a response, hence this review.

After purchasing a new 85K+ vehicle, it stopped functioning after owning it for 42 hours and nearly killed myself, husband and kids. I was promised no more than 30 days and I am waiting almost 40 days later with an expired in transit permit, and the assurance of employees that I cannot receive another forcing me to choose between driving illegally to work, finding a ride or taking an uber.
