Horrible. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Anthony Cap , used car manager is a liar. Do not trust this dealership. Bought a truck 3 weeks ago , dealership only had one key and I smashed for the other and was told that customer would be mailing key in . What xx. When I called back a week later I got the ole runaround. Bounced from one voicemail to another and never a call back . 24 calls later , Anthony told me he called Sunrise GMC and asked them to "cut" a key for me. So when I called Sunrise GMC they said nobody named Anthony ever called them . So 4 weeks later no call back or return of any of my messages. So beware of this SHADY dealership. Don't trust them esp the Used car manager Anthony Cap !! Took my $$ and don't wanna know me. Thought John Garcia was different but he too is a liar and never returns my calls to the finance office! Never again at Security Dodge!

I had a problem with my brand new car called your service department first I got AI which was useless then I got an actual person which was no better I was told that if I left my car there Saturday I wouldn’t be able to get it back till Tuesday then when I pressed them on it they said they would talk to a service manager who would get back to me with an answer. That never happened!

This dealership which I am on my third truck purchase from them forgets about you and the promises after car is purchased. The service dept never answers phone as well as if it weren’t for the service advisor Dianah who is no longer there or one of the owners Jay Jay. My brand new truck which malfunctioned after I purchased it a week earlier they were going to make me wait for service. Several of the salesmen that day today have yet to return my calls. One service advisor called me after an email to explain. This dealership needs to have better customer service than the young women who sit at the desk and transfer calls that are never answered. They need more Dianah’s in there and not the anti social female service advisor they have now. I AM DONE

I will never step foot in Security CJDR again. This place is completely incompetent from top to bottom. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve owned multiple Dodge Ram trucks, and this is by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I should have walked away immediately when I first test drove one of their trucks and the check engine light came on as soon as I started it—but that was just the beginning and i didn’t even buy that truck. Within ONE WEEK of buying a truck, I had to bring it in for service due to multiple issues. And here’s the part that should tell you everything you need to know: I brought this truck in THREE separate times for the SAME problems—and not once did they fix it.Every visit was the same story. They’d keep the truck for days (or over a week), do a bunch of so-called “work” like reprogramming, smoke tests, replacing parts, cleaning components—whatever excuse they could come up with—and then hand it back to me in the exact same condition, or worse.No real diagnosis. No real repair. Just excuses. At one point, they even tried to blame “water in the gas” and told me to use better fuel—even though the gas in the truck was the same gas that was in it when I bought it. Then they had the nerve to suggest that I go to autozone and pay for additives that did absolutely nothing. Communication is a complete joke. You can call all day long and get nothing but voicemails. No callbacks. No updates. No accountability. And don’t expect a loaner either—you’re just stuck without a vehicle while they waste your time. They don’t even detail the vehicle upon purchase or when they have it in service either! What’s worse is that this isn’t just one bad employee—the entire dealership fails at doing their job. Management, service advisors, technicians, front desk—no one takes responsibility, no one follows through, and no one actually fixes anything. At this point, I’m stuck with what clearly qualifies as a lemon under the New York State Lemon Law, given the repeated failed repair attempts for the same issues. Because of this experience, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General’s Office, and pursuing a Lemon Law claim. I will also be escalating this directly through Stellantis regarding their warranty obligations and the dealership’s complete failure to properly diagnose and repair this vehicle.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They will sell you a problem and then refuse to fix it.

What a great experience I had at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We came from the north fork and this dealership by far had the best selection of used trucks. When we would look at one truck and we didn’t like it Ace would go back to the dealership to get the next set of keys time and time again. He even went to the warehouse to get the keys for the truck that I eventually bought. Once we found the truck Mike made me feel like I wasn’t making a mistake. As someone buying there first vehicle he made the process so easy and smooth. Would highly recommend buying from Mike and Ace and if I ever need another vehicle I know where I’ll be going back.

Blake, our salesman, made this whole transaction a breeze. I negotiated everything by phone, did my credit application on line, and just went in to sign the paperwork. I had a problem with my brand new car called your service
I had a problem with my brand new car called your service department first I got AI which was useless then I got an actual person which was no better I was told that if I left my car there Saturday I wouldn’t be able to get it back till Tuesday then when I pressed them on it they said they would talk to a service manager who would get back to me with an answer. That never happened!

When I purchased a new pre-owned vehicle from there, the sales person I dealt with was all nice & convincing about repurchasing a another car because I encountered an unfortunate situation with my previous vehicle that I purchased from them 5 years ago & there was some kind of misunderstanding about my warranty on my vehicle & they told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket over $10, 000 to fix which required a whole new engine according to the woman that is in charge of the mechanical part. My vehicle sat there for over a week without it being checked. I got a phone call from one of the workers that my vehicle would be done by the end of the week which was a Friday. I show up that Saturday to pick it up with the impression it would be fixed , only to be told they were still in the process of diagnosing my vehicle. I’m a working mom & not only have I been without a vehicle for 1 week. I never was offered a rental from them to help me get around. Instead I had to figure things out on my own. I thought that was very unprofessional of them inot thinking of the well being of their customer while the vehicle was being worked on. Although my vehicle was still in great condition and running it only have a shaking problem which I’m no mechanic so I can’t verify that it’s the truth. After all was said & done about my warranty even though my contract stated other wise. It all came down to me repurchasing another vehicle from them with an extended warranty. Before I finalized my decision I asked the sales person at the time which was Cory which by the way was the same person who helped me the first time five years ago. I asked home about the windshield being cracked. He said the would replace it which they did. I also asked about one of the passenger seat which was damaged along with a few scratches on the vehicle he said they would take care of it. After I purchased the vehicle everything is fine & the only things left was just the minor things that needed to be fixed. I would be given a day to come in to get the issue resolved & then it’ll be a problem where no one knows about my recent concerns regarding the vehicle. I then bring the vehicle back to get the issue fixed which I was advised by Cory to bring it in on a Friday. I did just that which was around 10 am & no one knows what I was there for nor they were told about the service that needed to be done. I then deal with another guy named Mike which he wasn’t aware of the situation so he gave me another day to come in because the service that was needed on the car could not be done on that day due to the rain. so he told me to bring it back another day to get the issues fixed. I then come in he totally tells me he doesn’t remember & another guy that was there at the time of the purchase named Anthony recognized me then asked me what was the issue & I showed him all of what needed to be fixed on the vehicle then gave me another date to come in another day. I came in on that day & he also forgot he had to get me a rental & said he couldn’t I got frustrated’ then he said oh yea I did say I can get you a vehicle for the couple of hours of the car getting worked on. It took a long time but he did come through. I left the vehicle that morning then I received a call from him later on that afternoon that the vehicle would be ready by 5:30. I said ok I’ll see you then. He then replied that he would not be there because he was leaving at 5pm. I told ok fine. I get there a little around 6 just to give them time if needed & the windshield was fixed but there was so much debris from the work they’ve done & when I handed them my vehicle it was very cleaned & just came from a car wash. My driver seat mat had boot foot prints on them. The passenger seat that was damaged was not fixed properly & was such a mess in the back of the seat & the scratches they said they would buff out & fixed was not done. So at that point I was very disappointed. There’s no more space for my grievance.

PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST...
PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT. TRUCK WAS PURCHASED WITH DUAL EXHAUST, UPON PICKING CAR UP FROM DEALER THEY SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A FAULTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE JUNKYARD, I ENDED UP BRINGING IT TO A MEINEKE WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MUFFLER WAS FAULTY, AND USED AND SHOULD OF BEEN ISSUED, AFTER THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE LOCATION WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED HE FOUND THAT IT WASN'T EVEN DOCUMENTED IN THE SYSTEM, IN ADDITION TO THE MULTITUDE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, I WAS INFORMED BY A MANAGER THE DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR AFTER THE MUFFLER INSTALL THAT ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS LISTED AS CERTIFIED PREOWNED, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY THREATENED ME WITH STORAGE FEES IF I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, I GUESS THEY FEEL THEY CAN TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT, AS IF THERE INTELLIGENCE IS SUPERIOR, YOU EVEN SEE IT IN HOW THEY BULLY THERE BLACK EMPLOYEES, SHORTLY AFTER I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE CAR, THE TIRED ROD SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING 50MPH LUCKILY I WAS ON A STRAIGHT ROAD OR I WOULD OF AGAIN CRASHED AND RISK MY LIFE. I THEN I CONTACT THE CORPORATE CENTER AND HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, I CONTACT JEEP CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN, THEY UPDATE MY NAME TO THE ACCOUNT, AND FROM THERE I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK, I DIDN'T SO I CALL AGAIN, THIS TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO PAULA AND I WAS PUT ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER BEGAN TO TELL ME MAYBE I WAS LOOKING AT A WATER STAMP SEEING THAT AS CERTIFIED, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WAS NOT THE CASE, I THEN TOLD HIM ABOUT A CUSTOMER PAUL WHO OWNED A GYM ACROSS THE STREET THAT REFEREED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP, INFORMING HIM IT WAS A BAD LOOK ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED THROUGHOUT MY SALES PROCESS AND SHORTLY AFTER. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD WORK IT OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A RANDOM SALES AGENT, I INFORM HIM THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ONLY MANAGEMENT COULD. HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. NO CALL BACK FROM DEALER, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THE NAME AND INFORMATION WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR, BY ACCIDENT I RECEIVED A SATISFACTION EMAIL WITH THE WRONG NAME. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, EVEN BEING TOLD THROUGH DEALERRATER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND NEVER CALLED. MICHELLE WAS THE NAME OF THAT STAFF MEMBER. I PROMISE YOU THIS THOUGH. MY DOCUMENTATION GAME IS REAL, AND TODAY I CALLED JEEP AGAIN AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION WHERE IT SHOWS A COVER UP. IN THAT SENSE I GUESS ILL SEEK LEGAL HELP TO RECTIFY THIS EGREGIOUS ATROCITY.
