Short Arm Lift Kit — A major suspension booster, this lift kit is especially popular with off-roaders:

• Longer front and rear coil arms with more than 2-6 inches of lift
• Bigger shocks and sway bar links
• Greater ground clearance

Long Arm Lift Kit — High-end and best installed by professionals, but worth it for the boost in suspension and other luxe features including:

• Long control arms mounted towards the rear on the Jeep frame
• Additional 3 to 6.5 inches of lift (or more)
• Improved suspension angles
• Superior articulation and crawling abilities
• Installation requires welding and fabrication
• Arms occasionally get caught on rocks
